The 52nd Annual Baker Gordon Educational Symposium, the 21st Annual Global Dallas Cosmetic Surgery and Medicine Meeting, and needless to say, the the 35th Annual Rhinoplasty Meeting, are three conferences where plastic surgeons from across the globe are bound to get a taste of the internationally renowned expert in plastic surgery, Dr. Rod Rohrich.
When it comes to Rhinoplasty, Facelift and Breast Surgery, the Texas “Super Doctor”, as he was named in 2005, is a triple black belt (if there is such a thing). His academic career is decorated with several national research, teaching and distinguished service awards. He is a founding member of The Rhinoplasty Society and plays a big part in philanthropy as he has served on the Board of Directors of the March of Dimes, Save the Children – Dallas, Dallas Chapter of the American Cancer Society,on the Evergreen Gala Advisory Board, and he is a founding member of the Dallas for Children Foundation.
Dr.Rohrich grew up on a ranch in North Dakota and completed his graduate and postgraduate education with the highest honors.He received his medical degree from Baylor University College of Medicine, also graduating with honors.He did residencies at the University of Michigan Medical Center and did further training in pediatric surgery at Oxford University in England.
At the aforementioned symposia, Dr. Rohrich will be leading and moderating several discussions, trainings and lectures whilst offering his craved tips and techniques in several areas of plastic surgery. Panels such as: the Finesse and Safety in Buttock Augmentation- Why What I do is Better and Controversies in Cosmetic Medicine – What really works, are to be moderated by the Oxford University trained guru.
